lemon Grilled Shrimp and Stir-fry Veggies with Great Frogs Home Rosé

Grilled shrimp, stir-fried vegetables, and rice make a delightful combination. The shrimp is marinated in a zesty lemon salt and pepper mixture with a touch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick. The vegetables are stir-fried in a little olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic, adding a burst of flavor. This entree is perfectly paired with the delightful Frogs Home Rosé.

Marinade

Juice of half a lemon

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Sprinkle of cayenne

Rinse and Pat dry 1/2 lb raw shrimp

Marinade shrimp for 15 to 30 minutes.

Remove Shrimp from marinade, Discard marinade. Grill shrimp on medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, turning halfway through until pink. Be sure to squeeze a bit of fresh lemon when just of the grill or once plated.

Broccoli

Carrots

Red onion

Peas

Green onion for garnish

Cooked White or brown rice 1-2 cups, optional

in a nonstick pan or a pan with a little olive oil sauté garlic for 30 seconds, add veggies string occasionally until tender crisp.

Remove from heat, pour juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper to taste. If using rice , Incorporated into the vegetable.
