Miso Chicken Ramen with Vintner's White or Tanyard


We've been thoroughly enjoying our Blue Apron membership because we no longer have to search for delicious new recipes & scour the grocery store for all the ingredients.  Now yummy meals are delivered to our door, ready to prepare & share!

This week we dug in to a Japanese favorite—a brothless version of ramenwith plenty of colorful seasonal produce. It was dressed with fresh noodles in an umami-rich combination of soy sauce and kombu (a type of dried seaweed), then served with sautéed corn and a vibrant duo of marinated cucumber and tomatoes.  Shredded chicken tossed with miso completed each bowl with another layer of umami flavor.
