Ginger-Marinated Steaks & Stir Fry paired with 2016 Tanyard

In this Blue Apron recipe—inspired by the Quickfire Challenge from Top Chef Season 15 on Bravo—Grassfed steaks are marinated in fresh ginger, soy sauce, and citrusy ponzu sauce. The extra marinade transforms into an easy pan sauce, which adds punchy flavor to the steaks and a side of jasmine rice.  These sweet, spicy, and salty flavors pair perfectly with our 2016 Tanyard.  This red/white blend has a hint of sweetness & juiciness along with zingy tannins & pepper notes which really compliment this dish.  We added a side of potstickers for extra yum.  We love how easy Blue Apron makes our week by putting together great recipes, & doing the shopping for us to we can focus on making new wine vintages. View Recipe
