Katie Patel began practicing yoga in 2008 and teaching in 2015 while completing her 200 hour teacher training at Charm City Yoga under Kim Manfredi. Students describe Katie as a passionate, strong, flexible, fun and inspiring teacher. She feels that yoga is a great compliment to the other activities that one enjoys in an active lifestyle, such as CrossFit and paddleboarding. She wishes to leave her students feeling stronger, more mobile, and more balanced after a class with her. Katie currently teaches at Yoga Love in Annapolis and Old Line CrossFit in Millersville.
